The Villa & Tower

As one of the newest and most luxurious large vacation homes in the area, Villa Costa Vida has quickly become a highly sought-after venue for weddings, corporate events, and family vacations. With 17+ air conditioned bedrooms and many social areas including an infinity pool, 2 living rooms, kitchen & bar, and multiple balconies, the villa and tower is spacious enough to accommodate up to 57 people and host events up to 125 people. The elegant combination of nature and luxury will have you in awe the moment you arrive.

Tucked into the rainforest above the Manuel Antonio National Park, Villa Costa Vida offers breathtaking views of green vegetation and all shades of blue of the Pacific Ocean. You can easily lose yourself in the sights of nature and the sounds of wildlife while you relax in the infinity pool or one of the many social areas. Throughout the day, you will hear monkeys howling, birds singing, and the ocean waves crashing. We are one of the ONLY handicapped accessible villas in the area (as of Jan 2023). We have an elevator allowing access to the social levels of the main Villa (kitchen, dining room and pool on level 5 and to the 6th floor's social area with panoramic view), and to all levels and bedrooms of the adjacent, newly constructed Tower Suites, including the handicap accessible Suite 3.

4 levels connected by an elevator - three suites, each with 2 bedrooms, and one accessible suite with 1 large bedroom and 2 queen beds.

Each suite can sleep 5-6 people. Suite 4 has a full kitchen and panoramic view!
