Conference Room
An on-site modern conference room equipped with audio visual equipment (large screen tv for presentations and surround sound speakers), tables and chairs, AC, kitchenette access and catering services.
Event Space
A large covered event space on the top floor with sound equipment and bar area, complete with infinite ocean views and open air breezes (up to 75 people). The perfect open-aired space for meetings and luncheons.
Common Area
A large common area on the middle floor with a sound equipment, with a close proximity to nature and open air breezes. The perfect open-aired space for gatherings and meetings. Any accommodations can be added.

The villa is spacious enough for hosting corporate retreats, management retreats, and team building events. The main villa, in combination with the new tower, has a capacity of hosting up to 125 guests and sleeping up to 60 guests.
An on-site air conditioned conference room, large boardroom meeting table(s) with seating for 22- 30 with adjustable setup, large 50" HD TV, OWL, white board, natural lighting with floor to ceiling windows or complete blackout shades, dimmable lights restroom and kitchenette with coffee break space separate from boardroom
